SPAM is defined as unsolicited e-mail or
junk e-mail.
Webs Dot Com is dedicated to eliminating SPAM. Our customers are not
permitted to send SPAM through our network. Additionally our customers
do not expect to receive SPAM either. To further protect our customers
we
have taken additional steps to reject suspected SPAM from entering our
network.
As with any SPAM prevention method, false positives are possible. Which
means that we could be rejecting email messages that are not only
legitimate, but timely in nature and of course, of the utmost priority.
We want to work to resolve these issues and get legitimate mail flowing.
Any missing emails sent to you may be located in your spam folder.
You can access your spam folder through
Webmail Once logged in you
will see the spam folder at the bottom of the folder list on the left hand
side. Clicking on the spam folder will display any spam messages received.
The server rotates messages at the first day of every month in the
following manner...
1. Empty webmail Trash
2. Copy messages in spam to webmail Trash
You can use the form on this page to contact our
Network
Administrator or
owners
directly to begin to get the issue resolved.
You can also send an email to 'wmarlar at gmail.com' explaining the
situation. Please include any error messages from any rejected emails
returned.
Thank you,
